Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

Note: We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or via promo codes unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at topresults39@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the item (if applicable)

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the address provided (you may be responsible for return shipping costs)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at topresults39@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at topresults39@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear & tear

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products (if any)

International Orders

For international customers, returns may be more limited due to shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item to discuss your options.
